| All of our Whirligigs are made from
scratch. The moving parts are constructed with brass axles and brass
bushings for long wear and no corrosion. The wooden parts are made of
solid wood and marine grade birch plywood. Most of the figures are carved
in three dimensions. All wood parts are put together with waterproof glue
and brass screws, then sanded to a fine finish and painted with primer and
outdoor sign painter's paint.
